Common questions

• Where is the follow button? There isn't one. When you keep watching, liking, commenting on and saving someone's posts, Midfame follows them for you. If you lose interest, the follow fades on its own.
• Can I see who follows me? No one can see who follows whom, including you. You see how many people follow you.
• My video says "Processing". New videos are prepared for every kind of phone and connection before they go live, which usually takes under a minute. You get a notification when yours is live.
• I stopped getting notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for Midfame in your phone's settings.
• I don't want to see someone. Tap the three-dot menu on their post to hide the post, mute them, or block them.
• I want to report a post or a person. Tap the three-dot menu on the post, or on their profile, and choose Report.

Account and data

• Delete a post: open it, tap the three-dot menu and choose Delete post.
• Delete your account: open your profile, tap the three-dot menu and choose Delete account. Everything is erased after 30 days; sign back in before then to restore it. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
• A copy of your data, or a correction: email us and tell us what you need.
